Huh, wow. My state’s AG is suing a company for failing to fulfill its Kickstarter project. I’m eager to see where this leads; it may actually have a positive chilling effect, causing those seeking funds to take greater care. If all goes well, we should see slightly fewer projects and slightly higher fulfillment rates. That’s good for everyone but fraudsters.
